Can I change my order?

Once an order is placed you cannot make any changes to the order. However, you can reach out to us via Contact Us page and we can cancel / change the Order for you but this has to be made before you receive the shipment confirmation email. After you receive the shipment confirmation email your order cannot be changed any further.


Can I cancel my order?

Please reach out to us via Contact Us page and we will assist you in your order cancellation. However if you have already received the Shipment Confirmation email, you will have to follow the returns procedure detailed in the Returns and Exchanges section since your shipment has already left our premises we have no way to get it back.


How can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number in the Shipment Confirmation email and you can track your package on www.aramex.com

How long will it take to ship my order?

We will strive to ship your item within 72hrs of receiving your order.


How long will it take to deliver the item?

All orders depending on their final destination would require between 4 to 10 days.


Do you ship orders overseas?

Yes, we ship orders all over the world. All order communication will occur via email, so it’s very important that your email address is current. Please make sure to double-check the shipping address, too.

Returns & Exchange

Returns are only permitted if the item you received is damaged or is not as described.
In case of a return, Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. You will have to bear the shipment charges for returning an item.

How can I return an item?

You can return an item only if all of the following conditions below are met:
  • If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered
  • You have notified us within the 24hrs of receiving the item with a picture of the damaged goods at info@palestyle.com
  • Fill out the return / exchange slip that we will send you by emails
  • Include the return / exchange slip with your order and email it to us
In such a scenario, we will either refund you the amount or send you a new package as per your instruction.

When will I be refunded?

It will take 2-3 weeks to refund your amount, depending on your bank.
